Standard Blue Fluorescence Channel---Specifically designed for accurate NGS library quantification, compatible with mainstream fluorescent dyes. It selectively detects intact double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) while effectively minimizing interference from adapter dimers, ensuring reliable and precise quantification results.
High Sensitivity---Accurate quantification of trace samples, with a dsDNA detection limit as low as 5 pg/µL.
Single-Tube Measurement---Fastly obtaining results in 3 seconds using a single-tube format. The design eliminates cross-contamination and signal crosstalk commonly associated with microplate-based assays, while maintaining compatibility with a wide range of commercially available fluorescence quantification reagents.
Customizable channels available---A standard blue fluorescence channel is included. With the optional green, red, UV channels for customization, it is available to the diverse fluorescence applications, such as the quantification to the RNA, proteins, and other biomolecular targets.
